Residential Soft Washing & Building Washes
Soft washing is a chemical process to break down and kill off organic material.
It involves the application of a chemical mixture, time for the solution to dwell and react followed with a ‘soft’ wash rinse with water to remove the debris. Very little pressure is usually required during this process although some pressure may be required to remove the remaining stubborn stains.
Pressure washing on the other hand is a water only application that uses high pressure water to lift off any general dirt and grime for surfaces. It’s a little more aggressive in its application than soft washing but uses no chemicals. Usually a combination of both soft washing and pressure washing will be used in most cases depending on the type of surface and type of dirt/grime is on them.

Our process will involve a walk around to plan and manage the job which we will let you know on the day, this could be due to weather or any other unforeseen circumstances, followed by the work being carried out. We do require access to the internal of the property in case of any water ingress as we will be using a volume of water some windows/doors may not be capable of withstanding. We would also need access to an external water source on the day and parking on or adjacent to the property.
