What to expect
On Arrival our team will greet you and go over the cope of works and how the day will be planned with a rough guide on how long its going to take.
From there we will hook up our systems to a water source and while our on board tank is filling up we will start de-cobwebbing around the windows and under the eaves. Second step is to remove all fly screens and screen doors where we can and have them all cleaned first.
Then we will focus on the external windows before moving inside. Once we are happy all windows are clean we will conduct a final detailing to ensure our top quality standards are maintained before refitting all the screens and packing up.
On completion of the job we would kindly ask for a review if your satisfied with the results and get you booked in for your next clean.
Frequently Asked Questions
Each client is quoted on a case-by-case basis. This can vary depending on quantity of windows, style, shape of windows, how fouled the windows are, if there are any special requirements for access or high reach, obscure or difficult to access windows. All these can alter the quote amount.
Our quoting system is primarily based on how long the job will take an experienced technician to complete and takes into account screen removal and installation.
For our residential clients we prefer a visit at a time that suits you best, that gives us a chance for a meet and greet with you and talk in depth about the requirements while being able to give the most accurate quote possible in all situations.
For commercial, strata and storefronts a site visit will be required and a pack produced where necessary with all information regarding safe working, scope of works and all insurance details included.
Although we do our best, sometimes rain is inevitable. We are constantly checking BOM data leading up to your clean and can advise if rain will affect the day. Light rain doesn’t pose much of a problem and won’t affect your window’s quality. It may affect the time taken to complete a job if rooves or any surfaces become a risk. In the unfortunate event of heavy rain, we will reschedule your appointment for a time that best suits you.
