And we know, you work so hard on your products that sometimes you just don’t have time to do it yourself. That’s where we come in. working on a 2 or 4 weekly rotation to maintain the shine of your store. Not to mention the mental aspect. Who wants to work staring out of dirty windows. Even if you just want to ask how you could clean something yourself, we will be happy to help and can even spend the time to educate your own staff how to maintain the windows correctly. Which sounds like we are losing our revenue but in reality, it’s just about passion and keeping our community looking amazing, as well as the understanding that some customers wouldn’t be able to afford the regular cleans necessary to maintain their windows to a great standard, but have time in the day to do it themselves.
What to expect
Firstly, we will give you an on-the-spot quotation and put it in our records. This will be for internal only, external only, any extras (mirrors, other internal glass etc). After this if you’re happy to proceed we will take all the necessary details such as ABN, contact details and preferred times to schedule you in for the first clean, bare in mind the first one usually takes a little longer.
After this we’ll slot you into a provisional rotation and see if that works for you. We understand each site is different, some sites get dirtier quicker than others and require more maintenance, so if we are there too often or too little we can adjust to find a happy slot on our routes that suits your needs.
Working on a 2 or 4 weekly rotation (outside of that is ok as long as it’s in multiples of 2 or 4 for scheduling) we aim to be on site at the same time each visit so you can plan accordingly, and we invoice monthly so less paperwork and payments for you.
Frequently Asked Questions
Standard small stores aren’t that much to have cleaned professionally on a regular basis, prices starting at $20 each side, for more complex sites it can increase but you can always ask us if you’re unsure.
We are flexible to a point. Most of our high foot traffic stores will be 2 weekly external and 4 weekly internal&external. Some low foot traffic sites are 4 weekly internal&external. As long as you can schedule within a 2 weekly or 4 weekly rotation you can choose the service that best suits your needs. Its definitely not a one size fits all and we understand each store if different.
